## Description Warn when a dependency exclusion does not match any dependency in the dependency tree. The check collects the dependency without applying its exclusions and uses the resulting dependency graph to determine whether the exclusion is actually needed. ## Tests Added an integration test covering both obsolete and valid dependency exclusions.
