Possible since 3.1.2 with `fileMappers` on the artifact item: keep
`includes` to select the sub-directory, and add a `RegExpFileMapper` that
strips the top-level folder:
```xml
<artifactItem>
...
<includes>myartifact-*/**</includes>
<fileMappers>
<org.codehaus.plexus.components.io.filemappers.RegExpFileMapper>
<pattern>^myartifact-[^/]+/</pattern>
<replacement>./</replacement>
</org.codehaus.plexus.components.io.filemappers.RegExpFileMapper>
</fileMappers>
</artifactItem>
```
The replacement is `./` because an empty value would skip the file. More
