Hi @slachiewicz, I'd like to work on this issue as my next contribution to Apache Maven Daemon. I’ll first reproduce the overlapping classes warning, then update the mvnd-agent Maven Shade Plugin configuration to relocate Javassist and run the relevant build/tests to verify the fix.
