Builds the Maven 4 API mojo injector as a Sisu bridge that consults Sisu only for keys it has no binding for, so a component a plugin ships for Sisu can be injected into its v4 mojo. Fixes #13326. Verified: `V4MojoSisuComponentTest` fails on `master` with the `DIException` from the issue, and with a plain merge of Sisu beans with `Cannot access Project outside of a scoping block`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
