Aligns the default bindings of the `app-client` lifecycle with Maven 3.9.16's defaults for `jar` packaging: resources 3.4.0, compiler 3.15.0, surefire 3.5.4, install and deploy 3.1.4. Each still requires only Maven 3.6.3 and Java 8. This changes the build for projects that do not pin these plugins. With compiler 3.5.1, an `app-client` module that sets no source or target level fails on JDK 9 and later with "Source option 5 is no longer supported"; with 3.15.0 it defaults to 8. The new it-06 checks the bound versions; the existing ITs could not catch this because the invoker configuration always passes `maven.compiler.source` and `target`.
