Four rules (`banDependencyManagementScope`, `banDistributionManagement`, `requireExplicitDependencyScope`, `requireNoRepositories`) read `MavenProject.getOriginalModel()` directly. They now go through a package-private `OriginalModels.read(project)`, so the Maven 4 port, where the project exposes no original model, replaces one method body. `banDuplicatePomDependencyVersions` keeps re-reading the POM file. No behaviour change. Part of apache/maven#13309. Verified: `mvn verify -Prun-its -Dinvoker.test=<the four rules' ITs>` → 286 unit tests, 14 ITs passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
