The mojos read interactive mode, the passphrase server and offline mode from
`session.getSettings()`, which is the same `Settings` object the `${settings}`
parameter injects, and the `settings` field is deprecated: the Maven 4 API line
takes settings from the session only. The field and parameter still work.
Unit tests pass (10, 1 skipped). The ITs that use the `gpg` binary fail
locally both with and without this change because of the local gpg setup, so CI
is the check for those.
