### maven-doxia-converter PR: apache/maven-doxia-converter#165 (CI only) :white_check_mark: **Migration not needed:** no Maven API used. **Blocked by the build, not the code.** Verified locally with Maven 4.0.0-rc-7, JDK 21: 23 tests pass, then BUILD FAILURE in `maven-shade-plugin:3.6.2:shade`. The dependency-reduced POM keeps `parent.relativePath` pointing at `pom.xml`, which Maven 4 rejects as FATAL because that resolves to the converter itself. 3.6.2 is the latest release; the fix is tracked in apache/maven-shade-plugin#813 and apache/maven-shade-plugin#843.
