Closing as superseded: [`ExecutorHelperImpl`](https://github.com/apache/maven-executor/blob/main/maven-executor/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/executor/support/ExecutorHelperImpl.java) in maven-executor caches the Maven version per helper instance, so the fork happens once.
