Make class generation directory configurable

The generated project files set target/classes as the output dir for classes,
this can be inconvenient if the user wants to run independent action
with idea and maven.
For instance, running slow tests in maven while fixing some bugs and having to
compile in idea.
This would be solved by letting the user specify the output dir for classes.
