Superseded by #13166, which adds an automated `versions:update-properties` workflow (weekly, on `master` and `maven-4.0.x`) that keeps the 13 `version.maven-*` lifecycle-plugin properties up to date. Dependabot can't track those properties directly (dependabot-core bug, dependabot/dependabot-core#16331), so this one-off manual bump is no longer needed.
