Replaces closed #903, forward-port of #961 to `master`. - **#901**: Upgrade `wagon-ssh` to the maintained `com.github.mwiede:jsch` fork (2.28.6). Supports OpenSSH v1 format keys (the default since OpenSSH 7.8) and `rsa-sha2-*`. Translates empty passphrase to null so encrypted keys are correctly accepted without pre-unlocking. Handles missing agent connector classes gracefully. - **#503**: Fix SSH agent authentication precedence in `AbstractJschWagon`. Check explicitly configured keys, then the agent, then discovered keys in `~/.ssh`, preventing a stray key file from shadowing active agent keys. Update `ScpHelper` key discovery preference order (`id_ed25519`, `id_ecdsa`, `id_rsa`). - Migrated `ScpHelperTest` to JUnit 5.
