Closing as Won't Fix / Out of Scope. Implementing PAC file parsing requires a JavaScript execution engine and network discovery mechanisms that belong in the underlying HTTP client library, JVM network properties, or a Maven extension (such as `autoproxy-maven-plugin`), rather than Wagon's transport SPI. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
