Rewrites `src/site/markdown/dependency-graph.md` in ASD-STE100 Simplified
Technical English.
## Changes
- Classified the page as descriptive text (no reader instructions).
- Split long sentences; every sentence is now at most 21 words.
- Removed present perfect ("has undergone"), "-ing" verb forms, and the
banned modals "would"/"may"/"might".
- Replaced "handy", "one would need", "e.g."-style wording with approved
phrasing ("can", "must").
- Removed semicolons and rotated synonyms ("gives"/"provides" -> "provides",
"handy" -> "useful").
- Broke noun chains over three words ("m2e's dependency hierarchy view" ->
"the dependency hierarchy view in m2e").
- Preserved all code blocks, identifiers, product names, and the license
header verbatim.
