The section in overlays.apt that describes zip overlay configuration omits the
needed <type>zip</type> element required by the final implementation of zip
overlays.
The file was edited as part of the zip overlay implementation issue MWAR-104 ,
but the implementation was changed to require the type element (rev 584631)
after the overlay documentation was edited (rev 582805). For non-war overlay
types, the type element must be present.
