Currently, the final HTML output of the report plugin has a title like
"${project.name} - ". See the [Surefire report of the Taglist
Plugin|http://mojo.codehaus.org/taglist-maven-plugin/surefire-report.html|] for
an example. But it should be something like "${project.name} - Surefire Report".
