Yes, originally RRF groupID filtering was implemented to "selectively allow things" only... But now with catch-all things are changing... The original idea was (w/ groupId filtering enabled): * for given repo R; if no input exists => allow all * for given repo R; if input exists => obey (and now we have catch-all so `!*` means disallow all) You mean like some "global default" to fallback to? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
