My war dependency is defined in a parent pom file, the "template" from example above. Some of the children, the "current" from example above, defined overides and some don't. I want to be able to configure the warOverlay to say that "current always wins", right now it seems to be based on the lastModifiedTime in the 2.0.1 war, but in 2.0 the current alwas wins...
