Zero, it doesn't. They are skipped because those aren't installed. They also
predate my engagement with Maven SCM. I have done a lot of improvements in the
last couple of months but only Subversion and Git. Honestly, I would throw them
out because we cannot seriously support them. Since both ST and AR are from
Micro Focus, it'd be best to live in your MF GitHub space since you are the
only one who can seriously mantain it.
