### Affected version Everything after Maven 3.9.2 ### Bug description First of all, I'm very happy that Github Issues is enabled now as I was trying to get a Jira account for a long time without any response. This is more or less a copy of https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/MDEP/issues/MDEP-926 We cant upgrade to any release after maven 3.9.2 as proxies seem to be broken. As we work in a corporate environment, we have no way around this. Details are already provided in the linked jira ticket but hit me up if I need to provide more details.
