There are error with this upload.
1) The uploaded artifact is of 3.0.0.ga version, not 3.3.0.ga. 3.3.0.ga is the
version of hibernate-annotations, NOT of the hibernate-commons-annotations. See
the manifest file inside of the JAR for this:
Manifest-Version: 1.0
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.6.5
Created-By: 1.5.0_07-87 ("Apple Computer, Inc.")

2) hibernate-commons-annotations DOES NOT have runtime dependencies on

You have obviously mixed the hibernate-annotations with
hibernate-commons-annotations which are two different things.
