Prasad Kashyap closed MNG-2133.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I don't believe http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSOURCES-19 is related to
this.

I don't remember in what context I opened this jira. I don't seem to have a
test case for this either. But now that I think about it, this jira doesn't
make sense. If a plugin does not have a default phase and is also not bound to
any phase when it is executed, it should not be surprising that it gets
skipped.

Dunno what I was smoking when I opened this :-P

> plugin goal skipped if not bound to any phase and no default phase exists in
> the mojo.

> In a pom, if no phase is specified for a plugin, then it is bound to the
> default phase defined by the mojo.
> However, if the mojo doesn't have a default phase, then it currently seems to
> be skipped, which is a probably incorrect.
