When the start-tag is empty, but the end-tag isn't, the header in the generated
HTML was not correct.
Fixed this by
- adding a line in the ResourceBundle and
- appending a little more text in the header
Note: these changes will not be visible to users until
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SCM-343 has been implemented.
