We have many, many classes and methods that are marked Deprecated and that's
it. No information about why they're deprecated or what the replacement is.
They need this information. In the specific case of ArtifactFactory I simply
don't know how to replace it most cases If someone knows, they should add the
details. If no one knows, then we should undeprecate it.
