Description:
Most of ASF Maven project use developer list from parent pom.
Here we have custom list in plugin:
https://maven.apache.org/plugins-archives/maven-changelog-plugin-2.3/team-list.html
There are some people on list:
- Pete Kazmier
- Eric Pugh
Which are not actually on Maven team list:
https://maven.apache.org/team.html
What we should do with him if want to use list from parent?
