Henri, I agree that this issue should be closed as won't fix. However this
issues is for commons-lang to commons-cli.
Guillaume, the policy is to not change files in the repository after they have
been deployed. This is to make sure that reproducible builds are reproducible.
Commons-lang-2.0 has the correct scope set.
