Separator character should be the pipe (|). Wildcards should be supported. See
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-proxies.html .
This Bug (yes it *is* a bug ;) ) renders the plugin unusable for us, because
our proxy refuses to proxy internal servers.
