I guess we basically all agree on this report. Its point is just changing name
to artifactId, when no distributionManagement section is available.
Jörg later discussion should indeed be discussed somewhere else. Maybe in a
wish task or an improvement.
For the time being, let's apply this patch on the trunk and get rid with it :)
