Attached is the resurrection of Edwin Punzalan's patch + testcases. In this
patch, I have to rename
deployName to contextName since
- override the default JEE context name is the intention of the patch
- deploy name has a different meaning in JEE terminology where a JEE deploy
module which has a name
but does have an internal context name. We want to leave deploy name
untouch.
I also attach MECLIPSE-271 since it is very trivial.
