Compiler plugin should be able to pickup Eclipse compiler when running from
Eclipse (i.e. from the Embedder). Eclipse is often started from JRE that
doesn't have tools.jar around and compiler is failing with "can't find
tools.jar error". It would be really handy if it would just fall to use Eclipse
compiler if it can find it.
