Running eclipse:add-maven-repo with a valid or invalid eclipse.workspace
parameter results in a successful build. We should:
- display the path of the patched workspace if successful
- fail the build if the workspace dir was not found
- fail the build if the workspace dir could not be patched (e.g. eclipse is
running)
