Building for the first time on a machine:
build.sh and build.sh fail for Maven 2.06 and 2.0.7 with missing
ClassWorldsLauncher

does not mention need to download Sun jars.
I could not understand last paragraph about assembly:assembly.
mvn install fails the test for continuum-release:
