AndroMDA crashes with commons.collections arraystack error

If you follow the AndroMDA tutorial and you connect the project to Eclipse as
an external project (or create the project in your Eclipse workspace), you get
to the point of the maven.install.
If you do it at the Windows XP command line, it works. If you run the install
task from Eclipse, it fails with the following error.
[INFO] Error running AndroMDA
Embedded error: org.apache.commons.collections.ArrayStack: method <init>(I)V

I am not sure if it happens to everyone but others have reported it.
I have rebuilt the project several times but always end up here.
I can send the project if it will help .
