Description: Currently the new "format" profile introduced with MPOM-349 is
not documented at https://maven.apache.org/pom/maven/
(https://github.com/apache/maven-parent/blob/master/src/site-docs/apt/index.apt.vm).
It should be briefly explained there. Also a good reference with an
explanation of the `.git-blame-ignore-revs` file name and format should be
added (unfortunately https://git-scm.com/docs/git-blame does not mention that
standard filename) (was: Currently the new "format" profile introduced with
