Greg, some comments
you can't define reposiories or pluginRepositories, you can depend only on what
it's already in the repo (request it to be added first) and no snapshots (for
reproducible builds)
i removed them this time but you have to take care of it next time
I think you are using provided scope when you actually want
<optional>true</optional> , take a look at that for next releases
