Ignore my last comment: the real issue is

The remote resource plugin is copying a NOTICE and LICENSE file in the test
folders even if my project does not have any test.. therefore I hit this NPE..
I leave to you and MRRESOURCE now, to decide wether MRRESOURCE must take care
to not copy the files or SURFIRE must try to ignore NOTICE and LICENSE before
returning this error.
