After [https://github.com/codehaus-plexus/plexus-utils/pull/174] Maven is not
longer excluding some SCM files like .gitignore.
I don't know the rationale for this change in plexus-utils but in order to keep
the default behavior maven-filtering should include those additional excludes
if the addDefaultExcludes is true to avoid including those files in the final
packaging.
