Looking at the Doxia code it is not trivial to retain
{{sectionTitle()}}/{{anchor()}} logic which combining both in the Xhtml5Sink.
The sink interface is just too generic for that. I have a solution in place
which simply uses the {{id}} attribute on the anchor and that is good enough.
