Also we use https://gerrit.googlesource.com/jgit/+/refs/heads/stable-5.13/org.eclipse.jgit/src/org/eclipse/jgit/util/FileUtils.java#147 with `RETRY` which should be fairly robust as it does retry 10 times (every 100ms).
