Hi,
We are seeing some jars has been removed in Maven sites. Is there any changes
happened in Maven to remove jar and use pom & zip only.
[https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/glassfish/ha/ha-api/3.1.12/.
|https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/glassfish/ha/ha-api/3.1.12/]
in this link jar ha-api-3.1.12.hk2-jar is not available.
Similarly in the below link jaxws-ri-2.3.3-b01.jar is not available. Earlier
jars were there.

Is there change in policy to remove jars? Please share related information.
