Currently the Matomo configuration (introduced with MSKINS-177) is the only
configuration which is not supposed to be added below elements
{{custom->fluido}} but directly below {{custom}}
(https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/). This is confusing and not
very consistent. IMHO all settings which are specific to one skin should be
below {{custom->fluido}} similar to other web analytics solutions are
configured like
[Piwik|https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/#piwik-web-analytics]
and [Google
Analytics|https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/#googleanalytics].
