GitHub/gh-pages requires the use of Personal Access Tokens with scm-publish (at
least if the account has 2FA configured).
* Can the documentation mention that and outline the required permissions for
the token (I think the repo permissions are the only permissions required)?
* Can the documentation discuss how to store this token in a personal
settings.xml file?
