I tried this with -r525451..
I had two existing managed repo (releases and snapshots) and a proxy repo, then
I added another managed repo and edited the existing proxy repo that I had. In
the 'Proxied through' list, only the releases and snapshots were listed. The
managed repo I've just added wasn't in the list. But when I restarted archiva
and edited the proxy repo again, the last managed repo I added was already in
the list.
