Jochen, what one can do is to write markdown and have PDF, this is well
supported in Doxia 1.x -- without pandoc. 10 years ago, without me, committers
tried to create a Swiss Army knife. We don't want to maintain this knife any
more. We have happy with a versatile kitchen knife from Solingen.
Please consider that these days it is only me and Hervé maintaining Doxia.
