by default, the release uses the root pom.xml artifactId, which is
maven-wrapper-parent
this gives user-visible source release file a weird
maven-wrapper-parent-3.1.0-source-release.zip file name and Git tag
it would be nicer to have maven-wrapper-3.2.0-source-release.zip for next
release...
