hey folks. finagle-core was released on Monday Nov 1, but the artifacts don't
seem to have been published properly.
In the process of upgrading the finagle version in
[FrameworkBenchmarks|https://github.com/TechEmpower/FrameworkBenchmarks/runs/4106701891?check_suite_focus=true],
we started seeing an {{unresolved dependency:
com.twitter#finagle-core_2.12;21.10.0: not found}} error.
It looks like the [artifacts
published|https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/twitter/finagle-core_2.12/21.10.0/],
but if you actually select the .pom file, you'll see a 404 error
