I have just tried to use the new plugin with the below command, however it
fails saying that it requires Maven 4 to work... however Maven 4 is not
released yet.

mvn -N org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-wrapper-plugin:3.0.2:wrapper{code}
Error message:
*wrapperVersion not supported for Maven 3.8.1, it must be at least 4.*
