Idea: add new mojo that combines {{get}} mojo and {{build-classpath}}, but:
* like get, it should not need project but receive artifact coordinate from CLI
* like build-classpath, would output a classpath string of dependencies from
the local repository to a file or log
Use case: using mvn on CLI to resolve and provide classpath for ad-hoc artifact.
