The problem is
public abstract class AbstractJavaTool<Request extends JavaToolRequest>
extends AbstractLogEnabled implements JavaTool<Request>
This should be replaced with SLF4J to remove a lot of transitive dependencies
on plexus-container.
However this change is backwards incompatible.
