change 'main' link for artifact download

I think the 'main' link should be the more prominent - previous design had just
a download button and the source/javadoc were elsewhere in the page.
Perhaps the better solution is to keep them centralised as now, but have a
large download link, then 'other downloads' below it for the source/javadoc
